Abstract:
A shredding and slicing apparatus with capability of automatic center alignment, comprising a push rod, a push rod sleeve (200), and a cutter disc (400). The end face of the push rod sleeve facing toward a food material is recessed; the left and right of the recessed portion are symmetrical to each other with respect to a longitudinal central cutting plane thereof, and the recessed portion tapers from outside to inside. The surface of the cutter disc facing toward the food material is recessed; the left and right of the recessed portion are symmetrical to each other with respect to a longitudinal central cutting plane thereof, and the recessed portion tapers from outside to inside. The recessed portion of the push rod sleeve is coaxial with that of the cutter disc; the recessed portions of the push rod sleeve and the cutter disc are respectively used for guiding both ends of a food material to be cut into the centers of the recessed portions thereof, so as to automatically center-align the food material to be cut with the cutter disc. The shredding and slicing apparatus with capability of automatic center alignment can center-align food materials having different diameters with the cutter disc.
