Provided is a shredding and slicing device capable of performing an automatically centered rotary cutting operation, comprising: a push rod assembly; a processing cover (300) of a material canister (301); and a cutting blade disc (400). The push rod assembly comprises: a push rod bushing (200); and a push rod (100) disposed therein. A food-facing surface of the push rod bushing is inwardly curved. The left and right parts of the inwardly curved portion are mutually symmetrical with respect to a longitudinal center section. The size of the inwardly curved portion gradually decreases in an inward direction. A food-facing surface of the cutting blade disc is inwardly curved. The left and right parts of the inwardly curved portion are mutually symmetrical with respect to a longitudinal center section. The size of the inwardly curved portion gradually decreases in an inward direction. An inner wall of the material canister (301) has a corrugated cross section. Correspondingly, an outer wall of the push rod bushing has a corrugated cross section. The shredding and slicing device capable of automatic centering realizes centering of food of various diameters with the cutting blade disc.
