Abstract:
A shunt conveyor for sheet materials. The shunt conveyor comprises a conveying mechanism (1) and a shunt blocking plate (2). A pressure roller assembly (3) is mounted on the shunt blocking plate. The pressure roller assembly comprises a pressure roller (4) and a pressure roller belt (5). The pressure roller belt is wound around the pressure roller. The pressure roller belt is parallel to a conveying direction of the conveying mechanism, and the pressure roller belt is close to or contacts a conveying surface of the conveying mechanism. The pressure roller belt has active conveying power. The pressure roller belt of the shunt conveyor for sheet materials provides active conveying power, such that a conveying force of the pressure roller assembly is greatly improved, thereby, reducing a pressing force of the pressure roller assembly on the conveying mechanism, achieving a favorable flattening conveying effect, preventing sheet materials from being squeezed and deformed, and facilitating orderly stacking of sheet materials downstream.
