Abstract:
A shunt resistance-type current sensor (1) comprises a busbar (10), a circuit substrate (20) disposed so as to face the busbar (10), connection terminals for electrically connecting the busbar (10) and the circuit substrate (20), and a voltage detector IC (30) that is mounted on the circuit substrate (20) and that is for detecting the voltage applied to the busbar (10) in order to detect the size of the current to be measured that is flowing to the busbar (10). The connection terminal is integrally formed with the busbar (10) as an extending piece that extends out from an edge part of the busbar (10). The connection terminal has a region that is made thinner than the thickness of the busbar (10), and the region is formed over a predetermined range from the tip side of the connection terminal. The tip side of the connection terminal passes through the circuit substrate (20) and connects with the circuit substrate (20).
