Abstract:
A temperature sensor (60) is disposed positionally corresponding to the central portion of a shunt resistor portion (SR). This can avoid an overestimated temperature in the temperature distribution of the shunt resistor portion (SR) and enables a substantial average temperature of the shunt resistor portion (SR) to be detected. The temperature of the shunt resistor portion on which the resistance value is based is thereby reliably detected, enabling the detection accuracy of current to be improved.
