Abstract:
To achieve a reduction in size through a simplified structure that prevents shutter blades from jamming when opening and closing and ensures improved functionality. A shutter blade opening and closing device comprises: a base body having an aperture; a drive body movably supported by the base body and operated by the driving force of a driving source; shutter blades that are opened and closed, through the operation of the drive body, so as to open and close the aperture; and a braking body whereby the speed at which the shutter blades are opened and closed is controlled via the drive body; wherein an engaging part, which engages with the opening and closing shutter blades and transmits the driving force thereto, is provided at one surface of the drive body, and a part to be braked, to which the braking force of the braking body is applied, is provided at the other surface of the drive body.
