Abstract:
In the present invention, filling-containing food products are manufactured by a shutter device provided with the following: a plurality of shutter pieces that are supported so as to be able to rotate about a plurality of axes arranged in a circle, respectively, and have pressing surfaces facing the center of said circle; a link mechanism that synchronously moves said shutter pieces such that the pressing surfaces thereof face the center of the aforementioned circle; and scoop surfaces that are formed at the bottom edges of the shutter pieces, angled with respect to the pressing surfaces, and sized such that when said scoop surfaces contact the outer edge of a piece of dough due to the aforementioned movement of the shutter pieces, the scoop surfaces scoop said outer edge upwards.
