Abstract:
A shutter device (10) comprises a plurality of blades (200), which are plate-shaped members, and a frame (100) that rotatably supports the blades (200). When a first portion (221) of a blade (200) is defined as a portion to one side of a rotation center axis (AX1) along the width direction and a second portion (222) is defined as a portion to the other side, the rotation center axis (AX1) is provided at a position different from the center along the width direction so that the area of the first portion (221) is greater than the area of the second portion (222), air flowing from the front side of a vehicle (MV) toward the rear side hits the first portion (221), and the direction in which the blade (200) rotates due to receiving force from the air is a direction of changing from an open state to a blocked state.
