Abstract:
Provided are a shuttle vehicle and a shuttle vehicle control method, which are used to swap a battery pack at the bottom of an electric vehicle. The shuttle vehicle comprises a moving platform (1), a traveling mechanism (2) and a controller (3), wherein the moving platform (1) is located on the traveling mechanism (2); the controller (3) is used to control the travel of the traveling mechanism (2); the controller (3) is further used to control the moving platform (1) to move in the length direction of an electric vehicle body relative to the traveling mechanism (2); and the controller (3) is further used to control the lifting of the moving platform (1) relative to the traveling mechanism (2). According to the shuttle vehicle and the shuttle vehicle control method, by means of providing the moving platform which is capable of horizontally moving and lifting and the traveling mechanism which is capable of traveling, the shuttle vehicle can unlock and lock the battery pack.
