Abstract:
A side wall fire grating of a garbage incinerator. The side wall fire grating is formed of a mounting assembly (4), a fixed base (2), and a cover plate (1). Slide slots (2.1a; 2.1b) are provided on the fixed base (2) and correspond to slide columns (1.1a; 1.1b) provided on the cover plate (1). The fixed base (2) is inserted in and fixed to the cover plate (1) by means of engagement between the slide slots (2.1a; 2.1b) and the slide columns (1.1a; 1.1b). The engagement between the slide slots (2.1a; 2.1b) and the slide columns (1.1a; 1.1b) has a compensation gap. A high temperature resistance spring (6) is further provided between the cover plate (1) and an abutting face (2.2a) of the fixed base (2). A pressing force of a primary airflow acts on an outer side surface of the cover plate (1), and a pressing force of the high temperature resistance spring (6) acts on an inner side surface of the cover plate (1), such that two forces act in opposite directions. Therefore, a gap between the outer side surface (1.2b) of the cover plate (1) and a fire grate (5) inside a hearth changes with a change of the the pressing force of the primary airflow. The side wall fire grate segment of the garbage incinerator changes flow distribution of the primary airflow in a hearth by adjusting the pressing force of the primary airflow, thereby improving the effectiveness of a garbage incinerator.
