Abstract:
Damage of a sieve is detected in real time, the production cost increase of a product due to breakage of a mesh is reduced sharply, and the management cost of a sieve is reduced sharply. In a partial region of a mesh body (5), a plurality of conductive bands (40-51) having a predetermined width composed of a plurality of, e.g., ten conductive weaving yarns (24) in the structure shown in the drawing, ten nonconductive weaving yarns (23) and a predetermined number of nonconductive weaving yarns (25) are formed. These conductive bands (40-51) are woven mixedly at predetermined intervals D parallel with the axial direction X. Between the conductive bands (40-51), nonconductive bands (52-62) are formed by plain-weaving the nonconductive weaving yarns (23) and the nonconductive weaving yarns (25). The adjacent end parts of the conductive bands (40-51) are connected alternately through conductive members (70-80) (conductive tape, e.g. thin copper plate) to provide a series of folded conductors (82) as shown on Figs. 4, 5.
