Claims:
CLAIMS

1- The invention relates to the sigma profile bearing apparatus for the brushless DC motor, and its feature is;

The motor connection part (1), which has at least one motor connection hole

(1.1) drilled in a circular array on the circular part (1.3) and one upper connection hole (1.2) on the flat part (1.4), and

It has a sigma lateral connection part (2), which is formed as one piece perpendicular to the motor connection part (1) and has a side connection hole

(2.1) on it.

2- As mentioned in Claim 1, motor connection part (1) and its feature is; It is characterized by having a circular part (1.3) and motor connection holes (1.1) designed in accordance with the DJI 2212 Motor (M) model.

3- As mentioned in Claim 1, motor connection part (1) and its feature is; It is characterized by the fact that it has an upper connection hole (1.2) that allows bolted connection to one surface of the sigma profile (S).

Technical Field:

The present invention relates to an apparatus for mounting an engine that rotates its wings on a chassis for the purpose of taking off an unmanned aerial vehicle (drone).

State of the Art:

Bearing systems currently used in drone chassis are used for certain fabricated model drone systems, and the assembly is generally based on the temporary mounting method. Since flat profiles are generally used in the temporary mounting method, drilling bolt holes on the profiles for the placement of the motors, guiding, welding the support apparatus, placement of the bedding elements, etc. There are many sequences of operations. However, increasing labor and part costs bring financial problems for the user. At the same time, when design changes are required, it becomes very difficult to disassemble the engine again. Therefore, there is a need for a new technology that can overcome these disadvantages.

The patent application FR3041931A1 describes a drone chassis. The invention relates to a chassis of a drone intended to carry a load and a plurality of propulsion units, characterized in that the chassis is made of a composite material of the sandwich type comprising two skins parallel to each other and joined together by walls arranged so as to form alveolar cells housed between said two skins. The frame according to the invention made of composite material of the sandwich type has a low weight while having a high rigidity. A drone equipped with such a frame, lighter than the drones according to the prior art but able to carry an identical load, can therefore be kept in flight longer.

The patent application CN108698706A describes a drone frame assembly and drone. The invention provides a drone frame assembly and a drone. The drone frame assembly includes a drone frame, a support rack, and a connection mechanism. The drone frame includes a central frame and a foot frame connected with the central frame flexibly. The support rack is connected with the foot frame flexibly. The support rack is used for bearing the load of the drone. The connection mechanism is connected with the support rack and the central frame. The support rack is connected with the central frame flexibly so as to enable the support rack to move up and down relative to the central frame. The foot frame includes a support end in contact with a landing face. When the support end of the foot frame moves up, the foot frame drives the support rack to move down relative to the central frame. When the support end of the foot frame moves down, the foot frame drives the support frame to move up relative to the central frame. Or when the connection mechanism drives the support frame to move up relative to the central frame, the support frame drives the support end to move down; when the connection mechanism drives the support rack to move down relative to the central frame, the support rack drives the support end to move up. When the drone is in flight, a camera device descends along with the support rack from the central frame, and the support end of the foot rack moves up to approach the central frame. In this way, when the camera device works, the support end of the foot frame does not shield the vision of the camera device, so that 360-degree photographing is realized.

The drones included in the above-mentioned inventions only carry the purpose of monitoring, therefore they are manufactured without resistance to the additional loads on the chassis structures. In addition, the apparatus used to dampen the vibrations to be experienced during the rotation of the engine is insufficient.

Description of the Invention:

With the apparatus that is the subject of the invention, it is aimed to mount the DJI 2212 motor on a sigma 20x20 profile. While the circular part of the apparatus ensures the fixation of the motor, the flat part sits on the profile surface, and it is aimed to reset the motor according to the surface. The lateral part on the side of the apparatus is used to dampen the vibrations that will occur during the movement of the engine. Only bolt and nut elements are used for mounting the apparatus to the motor and sigma profile. In this way, there is no need for additional operations such as opening bolt channels, opening slots for bedding elements in CNC machines during assembly processes, and when design changes are required, it is also very convenient in the deassembly process.

The production of the invention is also very easy, and the drawing created from the CAD program can be produced by transferring it to the 3D printer. Its material is hard plastic (PLA etc.). For this reason, the production of the product does not create a financial burden on the user.

Description of the Invention:

The parts constituting the invention are basically; motor connection part (1) and sigma lateral connection part (2). Motor connection part (1); It has engine connection hole (1.1), upper connection hole (1.2), circular part (1.3) and flat part (1.4). Sigma lateral connection part (2) contains the part of the side connection hole (2.1) formed on it.

The circular surface (1.3) on the motor connection part (1) is designed according to the DJI 2212 motor (M) block. Therefore, the motor connection hole (1.1) on it is also circularly drilled to be concentric with the holes formed on the motor (M).

The flat part (1.4) in the motor connection part (1) is formed in order to be suitable for bolting on the upper surface of the sigma profile (S) of the motor (M). The upper connection hole (1.2) here is used for bolting the motor connection part (1) to the sigma profile (S) surface. The rectangular sigma lateral connection part (2), which is formed integrally with the motor connection part (1), is configured to be perpendicular to the motor connection part (1) in order to minimize the vibration of the motor (M) during operation. Sigma lateral connection part (2) is attached to the sigma profile (S) from the side surface by means of the side connection hole (2.1). It is used in the nut for fixing together with the bolt elements. In this way, a mechanical assembly process that is easy to assemble and disassemble is realized. The product subject to the invention is produced with a 3D printer and its material is PLA.
