Abstract:
Since telephone terminal devices (301, 302, 303) are used as control terminals in a network information system by using a DTMF signal (or packet signal), there is no need of providing a special dedicated terminal device or building a computer system, and any user having a telephone terminal device can be a user (or a person subject to investigation) and can respond to a server device. When an original speech function is used during a system application, voice speech can be easily permitted between users.
