Abstract:
The technology of the present invention relates to a signal processing circuit, a signal processing module and a communication device which enable the realization of a desired coupler characteristic using a microstrip line of an arbitrary line length. The signal processing circuit of one aspect of the technology of the present invention includes: a directional coupler having a main line that serves as a transmission line of an RF signal and a sub-line that, together with the main line, forms the coupled line; and a termination part comprising a plurality of elements that can be connected between a ground and a first port, which is one of the ports on either end of the sub-line. The signal processing circuit switches the element of the termination part connected to the first port, in accordance with the frequency of the RF signal, so that the phase of the return signal of a signal, which was input to the termination part via the first port as a coupled signal corresponding to the RF signal, will be the reverse phase of the phase of an isolation signal supplied to the second port connected to an output port of the coupled signal. The technology of the present invention can be applied to wireless communication devices.
