Abstract:
According to the present invention, even in series data acquired under an acquisition condition such that part of an active component is not included, significant information is acquired from the series data with high precision. This signal-processing device 600 is provided with: a data acquisition unit 601 that acquires series data or data that constitutes part of said series data; and a data-processing unit 602 that generates variable band data for target series data that is the acquired series data or is series data configured from the acquired data, the variable band data being data pertaining to the bandwidth of a variable band represented by a prescribed constant multiple in the positive-negative direction of a variability parameter, which is a parameter obtained by removing a moving average and then applying a time window of a prescribed length of time, and moreover is a parameter indicating the variability of the target series data in the time window.
