Title:
SIGNAL PROCESSING DEVICE, SIGNAL PROCESSING METHOD, AND RANGING MODULE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/203331
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present technology relates to a signal processing device, a signal processing method, and a ranging module enabling an improvement in ranging accuracy. The signal processing device is provided with an estimating unit which employs first to fourth detected signals obtained by detecting reflected light resulting from radiated light being reflected from an object, in first to fourth phases relative to the radiated light, to estimate an inter-tap sensitivity difference between a first tap and a second tap in a pixel which has the first tap for detecting charges photoelectrically converted by a photoelectric conversion unit, and the second tap for detecting charges photoelectrically converted by the photoelectric conversion unit. The present technology can be applied to ranging modules and the like which perform ranging using an indirect time of flight (ToF) method.
