Abstract:
The present technology relates to a signal processing device, a signal processing method, and a recording medium that make it possible to suggest suitable parking positions in free space. This signal processing device comprises: a candidate setting unit that, on the basis of free space information relating to a free space around a host moving body, sets a plurality of stop position candidates for the stop position of the moving body in the free space; and a selection unit that selects a recommended stop position recommended as the stop position for the host moving body from among the plurality of stop position candidates. The signal processing device furthermore comprises a presentation control unit that presents at least one of a plurality of stop position candidates and recommended stop positions in the free space to a user. The present technology can be applied, for example, to a vehicle that parks autonomously.
