Abstract:
In the present invention, the following are provided: a clock deviation measurement unit (103) for calculating the clock deviation between a synchronization signal (200) from the outside and an operation clock count (600) generated internally; a sampling timing correction unit (104) that uses correction data calculated from the clock deviation to output a corrected sampling timing; a correction data recording unit (105) that records the correction data; and a synchronization state determination unit (109) that determines a synchronization state on the basis of the presence or absence of the synchronization signal, and the correction data and the initial setting information of the system.
