Abstract:
A noise calculating unit (33) calculates a noise value by subjecting a first data number of measurement signals to statistical processing. A calculation threshold setting unit (33) sets a calculation threshold on the basis of the noise value. A period determining unit (33) determines that a period during which a difference between the measurement signal and a moving average value calculated in a previous cycle exceeds the calculation threshold is a baseline non-calculation period. A moving average calculating unit (33) calculates the moving average value by obtaining a moving average of a second data number each of the measurement signals, in a period excluding the period determined to be a non-calculation period. The first data number and the second data number are set independently.
