Abstract:
The embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a signal processing method and device in an optic fibre communication system. The method comprises dividing electric signals of a plurality of receivers for the optic fibre communication system into a plurality of groups, wherein the plurality of groups are respectively associated with at least one receiver in the plurality of receivers. The method further comprises obtaining a time domain multiplexed signal by multiplexing the electric signals of the plurality of groups in the time domain. The method further comprises multiplexing the time domain multiplexed signal of the plurality of groups in a frequency domain so that the time domain multiplexed signal occupies a corresponding frequency sub-band of a transmission bandwidth of the optic fibre communication system. The method further comprises converting the signal multiplexed in the frequency domain into an analogue optical signal for transmission.
