Abstract:
The purpose of the present disclosure is to reduce the amount of calculation and to perform real-time processing while streaming measurement data. In order to accomplish the aforementioned purpose, a signal processing method according to the present disclosure comprises: a calculation step for calculating, at each of predetermined clock times, a phase change at each of points on a medium from the phase of a reflective signal resulting from a pulse signal transmitted to the medium; a phase connection step for performing, at each of the predetermined clock times, phase connection processing for the phase change at each of the points calculated in the calculation step; and a correction step for, at each of the predetermined clock times, detecting an outlier using the phase change at each of the points at the same clock time when the phase connection processing is performed in the phase connection step, and correcting the outlier.
