Abstract:
This invention involves: a control unit which, if, in a period in which a high-priority traffic frame can be transmitted, it is detected that the high-priority traffic frame does not arrive in a frame gap threshold value time or greater, releases the period in which the high-priority traffic frame can be transmitted, and allocates a period in which a low-priority traffic frame can be transmitted; a frame arrival time information acquisition unit which acquires the arrival time of the high-priority traffic frame; a frame gap computation unit which, on the basis of the frame arrival time acquired by the frame arrival time information acquisition unit, computes frame gaps of a plurality of the frames which are inputted in time-series order; a frame gap threshold value computation unit which, on the basis of the plurality of frame gaps, computes a new frame gap threshold value; and a frame gap threshold value setting unit which changes the frame gap threshold value to the new frame gap threshold value.
