Abstract:

The present invention provides a signal transmission method and apparatus. The method comprises: transmitting first signals on subcarriers of multiple orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) symbols, wherein a frequency shift of the subcarriers exists among the multiple OFDM symbols. According to the present invention, first signals are not centralized on subcarriers having a particular frequency, but distributed more uniformly. The first signals have more uniform interference on the signals being transmitted by a terminal device of a neighboring cell. On one hand, the influence on data demodulation of the terminal device of the neighboring cell is reduced. On the other hand, if interference measurement is performed on the neighboring cell, the measurement result differences in different subcarriers are reduced, and the accuracy of the interference measurement result is improved.
