Abstract:

A signal transmission method, a base station and a user equipment. The method comprises: a base station configuring a first resource pool at an uplink frequency; the base station configuring a second resource pool at a downlink frequency; the base station receiving a device-to-device (D2D) signal sent by a first user equipment in the first resource pool, the D2D signal comprising one or any combination of a scheduling assignment (SA) signal, a D2D data signal and a D2D discovery signal; and the base station sending the D2D signal to a second user equipment (UE) in the second resource pool. In addition, also provided are a base station and a user equipment.
