Abstract:
Provided are an α-silane coupling agent and application thereof,the α-silane coupling agent having the structure formula of formula I. Wherein, R1, R2, R3 are alkyl containing 1-6 carbon atoms, respectively; R4 or R5 is one selected from hydrogen, alkyl with 1-18 carbon atoms, aryl, benzyl, groups containing ester group, groups containing ureido, and heterocyclic alkane; R 4 and R5 are same or different. The α-silane coupling agent is applied to silicone rubber, can cure the silicone rubber without the addition of catalysts, and the curing speed is fast; the reactivity of the α-silane coupling agent is stronger, with a peeling time of less than 2min; and the α-silane coupling agent has good stability, can be stored stably under conditions at room temperature for 6 months, and does not easily yellow.
