Abstract:
This silencing device (100A) has: a flow path forming plate (101A) having a flow path forming surface (101f) for forming a wall surface of a flow path through which fluid flows; and a cavity defining section (102A) for defining a cavity (105) on the reverse surface (101g) side of the flow path forming plate (101A), the reverse surface (101g) being located on the reverse side of the flow path forming surface (101f). The flow path forming plate (101A) has formed therein a plurality of fine through-holes (104) which provide communication between the flow path forming surface (101f) and the reverse surface (101g) and which has a diameter from 0.01 mm to 0.5 mm.
