Provided is a silica powder that can be easily dispersed, up to the primary particles, in water, a solvent, or a resin. The silica powder is characterized in that the silica particle surface H2O density is 5-80μg/m2, as calculated by the amount of moisture generated when the silica powder is heated to 25-200ºC.
