Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a silicon-based negative electrode material of a lithium ion battery and a preparation method therefor, and a battery. The silicon-based negative electrode material is prepared by the compounding of 90 wt%-99.9 wt% of a silicon-based material and 0.1 wt%-10 wt% of carbon nanotubes and/or carbon nanofibers which grow on the surface of the silicon-based material in situ; the silicon-based material is a powder material containing electrochemical active silicon and comprises one or a mixture of more of a nano silicon-carbon composite material, a silicon monoxide material, a modified silicon monoxide material and an amorphous silicon alloy, wherein the electrochemical active silicon accounts for 0.1 wt%-90 wt% of the silicon-based material; the carbon nanotubes comprise a single-walled carbon nanotube and/or a multi-walled carbon nanotube; the diameter of the carbon nanotubes and/or carbon nanofibers is 0.4-50 nm, the length is 10 nm-50 μm; a Raman spectrum of the silicon-based negative electrode material of the lithium ion battery has an amorphous bump at 475±10 cm-1, and/or has a crystalline peak at 510±10 cm-1; when the single-walled carbon nanotube is comprised, there is an RBM in a range of 100-400 cm-1; and an XRD spectrum of the silicon-based negative electrode material of the lithium ion battery has a diffraction peak at 28.4 degrees±0.2 degrees.
