Abstract:
Disclosed are a novel silicon carbide particle and copper-aluminium composite material and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises the steps of proportioning, smelting, particle addition, holding and stirring and cooling. Silicon carbide particles treated with potassium fluozirconate are uniformly distributed in the existing alloy material by a certain technical means, so as to further improve the performance of the alloy material by means of the performance of the silicon carbide treated with potassium fluozirconate, such as a high hardness, high wear resistance, good self-lubrication and great high-temperature strength.
