Abstract:
Silicon rod cut-off equipment, comprising: a silicon rod feeding device (2), provided between a storage area and a cutting operation area (17) and used for transferring to the cutting operation area (17) a silicon rod (16) to be cut which is placed in the storage area; a wire cutting device (1), comprising a cutting frame (111) suspended in the cutting operation area (17), a single-wire wire saw (1141) and a multi-wire wire saw (1121) being disposed on the cutting frame (111), and the wire cutting device (1) being used for implementing switching, using the rotation of the cutting frame (111), between a first cutting state in which cutting is conducted by means of the multi-wire wire saw (1121) and a second cutting state in which cutting is conducted by means of the single-wire wire saw (1141), when a silicon rod (16) placed in the cutting operation area (17) is cut off; and a silicon rod discharging device (3), provided at the discharging end of the cutting operation area (17).
