Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a silicone epoxy resin containing phosphine imide, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The silicone epoxy resin containing phosphine imide is prepared by means of a reaction between a compound containing phosphine imide and a silicone epoxy resin. The present invention incorporates phosphine imide, silicone and epoxy resin in one molecular formula, such that the modified silicone epoxy resin combines the advantages of phosphine imide, silicone and epoxy resin, improving upon the compatibility issue between silicon and other resins. A resin composition and a copper-clad plate prepared therefrom have excellent heat resistance and flame retardancy, while also exhibiting desirable performances in aspects such as toughness and adhesion to inorganic fillers and metals. Meanwhile, the present invention features high dimensional stability and low water absorption.
