Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a silicone film metal material and manufacturing method therefor capable of forming a silicone film having high adhesiveness without laborious processing such as polishing and oxide film formation, particularly on a metal material having a minimum constant thermal conductivity such as aluminum or an aluminum alloy. In order to achieve this purpose, the present invention is characterized in that silicone is applied to the surface of a metal material, the silicone is pre-dried for 20 to 40 minutes at 20-50℃, and the pre-dried metal material is dried for 20 to 90 minutes at 250-300℃ to thereby form a silicone film.
