Title:
SILICONE RUBBER COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND ANTI-VIBRATION MEMBER
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/039124
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
This silicone rubber composite material contains a silicone rubber, carbon nanotubes with an average diameter of less than or equal to 30 nm, and small graphite pieces. Per 100 parts by weight of the silicone rubber, there are 2.5-10 parts by weight of the carbon nanotubes and at least 5 parts by weight of the graphite pieces. The anti-vibration member has a shape such that the natural frequency at 25°C is less than or equal to 100 Hz, and the silicone rubber composite material is fixed to a metal member by baking or press-fitting without providing a member encapsulating the silicone rubber composite material. By this means, it is possible to provide a silicone rubber composite material and an anti-vibration member which have low temperature dependence of the loss tangent and of the modulus of elasticity and also have high durability.
