Abstract:
Disclosed is a silk scarf duplex printing-color matching and effect display method. The method comprises: step 1: designing a pattern of a silk scarf; step 2: screening out the material of a pure silk scarf, wherein transparency of the material is required; step 3: designing the procedures of a duplex digital printing process, i.e. spray printing the pattern by means of a duplex alignment spray printing technology to acquire a silk scarf sample with the same pattern and different colors; step 4: designing a display light box to ensure the uniformity of illumination; and step 5: placing the silk scarf sample after spray printing in step 3 in the display light box, and displaying the duplex printed silk scarf under the action of a backlight. The transparency of the color of a reverse printed pattern of a silk scarf is improved by means of a backlight, so that the mixture of front and reverse colors of the silk scarf presents a new visual sense to generate a brand new display effect. Thus, the technical and functional features of a duplex printed silk scarf is more comprehensively promoted in a visual form, thereby effectively broadening the dimensionality and depth of display.
