Abstract:

A silver-metal oxide electrical contact tip material preparation method, comprising: (1) mixing a silver-containing precursor solution with a metal oxide precursor solution; (2) reacting the resultant mixing solution with a reducing agent to obtain metal oxide precursor-coated silver powder; (3) heat treating the silver powder in a non-reducing ambience to prepare silver-metal oxide electrical contact tip material. A silver-metal oxide electrical contact tip material preparation device, silver-metal oxide electrical contact tip material prepared by the preparation method, and electrical contact tips prepared by the silver-metal oxide electrical contact tip material. The electrical contact tip material prepared by the preparation method is nano-sized, significantly extending electrical endurance of the electrical contact tip.
