Abstract:
The present invention provides an Ag-Pd alloy powder having excellent heat resistance even when having a low Pd content. The silver-palladium alloy powder disclosed herein mainly comprises an alloy of silver (Ag) and palladium (Pd), and contains 500-10000 ppm of a calcium component expressed in terms of calcium (Ca: ppm), wherein the Pd content is 30 mass% or less with respect to 100 mass% of the total of Ag and Pd in the alloy powder.
