Title:
SILVER PASTE HAVING EXCELLENT LOW-TEMPERATURE SINTERABILITY AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME SILVER PASTE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/129562
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention is a metal paste formed by kneading a solvent and a solid content made of silver particles. The solid content is made of silver particles including 30% or more of silver particles having a particle diameter of 100 to 200 nm in terms of the particle number. Furthermore, an amine compound having 4 to 8 carbon atoms in total is bonded to the silver particles constituting the solid content as a protective agent. In the metal paste, the average particle diameter of all the silver particles constituting the solid content is preferably 60 to 800 nm. The metal paste according to the present invention is capable of forming a low-resistance sintered compact by sintering the silver particles even at a low temperature region of 150°C or lower.
