Abstract:
This silver powder includes dendrite silver particles. The dendrite silver particles show a dendrite shape having one main axis and a plurality of branches branched from the main axis. The thickness of the main axis in the dendrite silver particles is 10 nm to 280 nm. The number of branches with respect to the axial length of the main axis is 6/μm to 30/μm. The proportion of the dendrite silver particles with respect to the total amount of silver particles is at least 50 number%. This silver powder is produced by electrolyzing an electrolyte including a silver ion and hydantoin or a derivative thereof to reduce the silver ions.
