Abstract:
A silylated graphene anti-rust sol, which is made of the following raw materials in parts by weight: dodecenyl succinic acid 3-4, an organic solvent 160-200, aminotrimethylene phosphonic acid 1-2, ammonium molybdate 1-2, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.8-1, dodecafluoroheptylpropyltrimethoxysilane 40-50, polyether diol 20-26, 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol 1-3, zinc naphthenate 0.4-0.7, graphene oxide 20-30, aluminum isopropoxide 16-24, 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane 1-2, and sp-80 0.1-0.13; the various materials of the sol have good dispersibility and good anti-rust properties, and the sol may form a uniform and stable coating film on the surface of a metal substrate, having a good anti-rust effect.
