Description:
SIMPLE-FRAME INTERIOR FLOORING MATERIAL FOR CONSTRUCTION BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention The present invention is related to a simple-frame interior flooring material for construction installed at the floor of buildings in which human beings or animals live.

Description of the Prior Art Conventional flooring materials for construction have various sizes and are largely classifie into hard flooring materials. Generally, synthetic resin plates or tiles (glass), wooden plates, thin stone plates, the mixture of synthetic resins and plaster, etc. are used for hard flooring materials, while vinyl sheets, the mixture of vinyls and synthetic resins. that of vinyls and plastics, oiled floor papers, carpets, etc. are used for soft flooring materials. However, conventional flooring materials have been disadvantageous in that it is almost impossible to separate again and move once they are installed at the floor by using a bond, strong adhesive, cement, etc., and their unit prices are very high as they are of high class. They have been also disadvantageous in that their construction is not easy, partial replacement is very difficult, expenses accompanied by the replacement are high, and their cushioning function is not superior relatively except for carpets.

In the meantime, polyurethane foaming flooring materials or sponge materials having the size of 50cm to lm widthwise and lengthwise have been produced. However, these are used not by fixing them to the floor by means of an adhesive. etc., but by simply spreading and connecting them on the floor. That is, they have been problematic in that their connection and fixing are not easy when they are spread on the floor since there is no means of connecting them together, and particularly, their appearance has not been superior since their connection portions (touching boundary lines) are exposed externally, and the connection portions are easily separated by a small amount of impact. Also, it has been disadvantageous in that dust from the floor flies up through cracks of the connection portion if impact is imposed on from the upper portion, and it is difficult to clean dust between connection portions, other foreign materials, etc. Further, the above flooring materials have been disadvantageous in that they are easily scratched or torn out as their surface is weak, and they do not have beautiful colors. Therefore, they have not been highlighted as flooring materials for construction, but have been partially used in a simple way in kindergartens, playing rooms, etc. Their connection methods include a method of attaching by using tapes or bond, a method of inserting into each other by forming rugged portions around four side frames as shown in Figure 1, etc. However, it has not been reasonable since the connection state is not solid and the work quality is inferior. It has been also inconvenient to move to another location if flooring materials are attached to the floor by using a bond.

The present invention is to resolve unreasonable problems related to conventional interior flooring materials as described in the above.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide an economical and very reasonable way of using simple-frame interior flooring materials for construction by integrating the upper surface of flooring materials made of cushioning materials with carpets, wooden plates, stone plates, tiles, and oiled floor papers and installing simply at interior floors of a place where human beings or animals live so that shock and noise are absorbed, and separation, moving, and installing are facilitated in case of moving or changing the location of installation.

Another object of the present invention is to provide simple-frame interior flooring materials for construction, which can prevent penetration of dust or foreign materials into the connection portions of flooring materials after construction by not having connection portions of flooring materials exposed externally.

Still another object of the present invention is to provide simple-frame interior flooring materials for construction, which can be used very reasonably from the point of view of economy by reducing additional expenses connected to construction since only damaged portions can be simply replaced in case of partial damage in the present invention.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The foregoing and other objects, aspects and advantages will be better understood from the following detailed description of preferred embodiments of the invention with reference to the drawings, in which: Figure 1 is a partially cut perspective view of the first preferred embodiment of the present invention ; Figure 2 is a plan view showing the construction state of the first embodiment of the present invention ; Figure 3 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the major portion of the first embodiment of the present invention ; Figure 4 is a decomposed perspective view showing the second embodiment of the present invention; Figure o is a cross-sectional view showing the connection state in Figure 4 ; and Figure 6 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the major portion in Figure 5.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION Figure 1 is a partially cut perspective view showing the first preferred embodiment of the present invention. Figure 2 is : plan view showing the installation state of the first embodiment of the present invention. And Figure 3 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the major portion of the first preferred embodiment of the present _ It is seen from the above figures that the rugged portion (4) which can connect cushioning materials (2) consecutively is formed around four edges of cushining materials (2) which are under the surface layer (3) of the floor materials (1). As to flooring materials (1) which are formed on top by integrating the surface layer and cushining materials (2) in the same size, squared surface layer (3) is integrated with the above cushioning materials (2) at one side eccentrically regardless of the rugged portion (4) of cushining materials (2) forming the flooring matrials (1).

At this time, cushioning materials (2) can be connected in four directions by the rugged portion (4) and the connection portion of cushioning materials are covered by the installation interval (L1) of the surface layer (3) by integrating the cushioning materials (2) and surface layer (3) while maintaining installation intervals (L, L1).

In the above flooring materials (1), installation intervals (I, L1) of the cushioning materials (2) and surface layer (3) are produced in the same size naturally regardless of the number of flooring materials (1).

Various types of materials such as EVA sponge, foam urethane sponge, rubber, etc. can be used for the above cushioning materials (2), and other types of foamed synthetic resins can be also used for cushioning materials.

For the material of surface layer (3), carpets, wooden plates, stone plates, tiles, and oiled floor papers can be used. Various kinds of carpets can be used, and it is preferable to use wooden plates and stone plates of less than 1 cm thick since they offer a variety of materials.

Glass tiles and oiled floor papers which are manufactured and commercialized in various forms can be also used. It is natural to apply the above-described materials to the surface layer (3a) in the second embodiment of the present invention illustrated below.

In the meantime, Figure 4 is a decomposed perspective view of the second embodiment of the present invention. Figure 5 is a cross-sectional view showing the combination state of Figure 4. Figure 6 is the enlarged cross-sectional view of the major portion of Figure 5. The installation interval (L1) is formed at one side of the surface layer (3a) of the flooring materials (la), which are connected to each other by adding an adhesive means (5) on top of the installation interval (L) of the cushioning materials (2a) and attaching the installation interval of the surface layer (3a) on top of the installation interval L) of the cushioning materials (29). That is, when construction is done by spreading an adhesive agent (6) on top of the above cushioning materials (2a) and attaching again differently formed papers (7) on top of the adhesive agent (6), the above differently formed papers (7) are peeled off, after which the installation interval (LI) of the above protection plate (3a) is attached to the upper surface of the installation interval (L) of the cushioning materials (2a). Of course, construction can be done by attaching usual both-side adhesive tapes to the bottom suriace of the installation interval (L1) of the surface layer (3a) in addition to the above composition. For harder construction of flooring materials, the bottom surface of the installation interval (Ll) of the surface layer (3a) may be attached to the upper surface of the installation interval (L) of cushing materials (2a) by employing the hot-melting method.

In the first embodiment of the present invention, construction is completed by using and combining the rugged portion (4) of the cushioning materials (2) in the insertion method as shown in Figure 2. Since anyone can perform construction simply without separate training, convenience in construction is further added. At this time, the installation interval of the surface layer (3) prevents input of foreign materials, dust, etc. into the connection portion of cushioning materials (2) by covering the connection portion of cushioning materials (2). And the connection portions of cushioning materials (2) are not easily separated by impact since they are connected by means of the rugged portion (4), and the entire cushioning materials (2) are hidden by the surface layer (3). Therefore, it locks as if only surface layer. s (3) were constructed on the floor.

Next, in the second embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to connect flooring materials (la) simply and consecutively by peeling off differently formed papers (7) on the installation interval (L) of the above cushioning materials (2a) so that the adhesive agent (6) is exposed, and attaching the bottom surface of the installation interval (L1) of the above surface layer (3a) to the adhesive (6) on the installation interval (L) of cushioning materials (2a).

By constructing the flooring materials of the present invention as described in the above, it is possible to prevent from being injured when a person falls down and to reduce shock delivered to the head when walking, since the flooring materials of the present invention give a feeling of the floor constructed by the general carpets, wooden plates, stone plates, tiles, or oiled floor papers, and they have superior cushioning power due to the combination between cushioning materials and the surface layer.

The thickness of cushioning materials may be determined arbitrarily, however, preferably it should be 5-10 mm.

Additionally, as reviewed in the above, in the present invention, inasmuch as construction is very easy and is accomplished in a very closely attached state by the rugged portion (4) or adhesive means (5) of the cushioning materials, problems such as easy detachment even by impact after the completion of construction can be resolved at the same time. Further, another advantage of the present invention is that construction can be done simply in the same method as described in the above by separating the rugged pcrtion (4) of cushioning materials or simply separating the installation interval of the surface layer from the adhesive and moving to another location if it is desired to construct and use flooring materials in the same method as described in the above and to move and construct again at another location if necessary.

As described in the above, the present invention is advantageous in that it has improved cushioning power, sound-proofing effect, and temperature-keeping effect due to its dual structural characteristic, as well as it is very reasonable from the point of view of hygiene since a phenomenon of inputting dust, foreign materials, etc. can be prevented due to no cracks generated between the connection portions after construction.

The present invention is also advantageous in that flooring materials are not easily detached even by impact after construction due to its tight connection function, construction can be done easily by anyone without need for professional workers, working method is very simple and partial replacement is easy, and construction can be done again by simply moving once-constructed flooring materials to another location. Further, it is possible for the present invention to construct in various ways by changing the color or surface treatment method of the surface layers (3,3a), to demonstrate a superior decorative effect, and to attempt high classing of the quality of the flooring materials particularly without spending too much money since various types of pictures or patterns can be arranged arbitrarily. While the invention has been described in ter-. of a few preferred embodiments, those skilled in the art will recognize that the invention can be practiced with modification within the spirit and scope of the appended claims.
