Abstract:
A simple and green preparation method for acid modified cyclodextrin, relating to the field of modified cyclodextrin. Cyclodextrin and succinic acid are mutually modified in a catalyst condition by means of an esterification reaction, and acid modified cyclodextrin having different degrees of modification is obtained under the action of high temperature or microwave by controlling the reaction duration. The prepared modified cyclodextrin does not involve the use of a toxic and harmful reagent, the modification reaction is simple, green, and controllable, and the loading capacity of the modified cyclodextrin on guest molecules is significantly improved compared with original cyclodextrin, and the present invention has great application potential in healthy fields such as food, medicine, and cosmetics.
