Abstract:
The present invention relates to a simple yogurt fermenter having a non-electric hot air circulation structure and, more specifically, to a simple yogurt fermenter having a non-electric hot air circulation structure, the simple yogurt fermenter having a lower air pocket tunnel formed at the lower part of a fermentation container, having a side air pocket tunnel formed between the side outer wall of the fermentation container and the inner wall of an inner pocket container, and having air pocket tunnels in which heated air circulates upwardly from the bottom surface of the inner pocket container, and thus hot air uniformly encompasses the entire fermentation container from the lower part of the fermentation container, thereby maintaining uniform temperature so as to allow uniform fermentation to proceed.
