Abstract:
The present invention relates to a simplified bullet-proof material tester and an impactor, wherein a clay case is mounted so that it is possible to obtain an impulse applied to a human body through the shape of clay according to an impulse which is not absorbed in an impact specimen, load cells are mounted in the clay case and a head so that it is possible to measure an impulse applied to a warhead and an impulse which is not absorbed in the impact specimen, and it is possible to carry out tests with the shape and the material of the warhead to be measured. Disclosed is an impactor, which includes: a warhead body (110) formed in the streamlined shape outside and applying an impact to an impact specimen (600) to test; a plurality of guide bars (120) formed in the cylindrical shape, and having hollow portions (122) formed in the centers thereof to be penetrated by a central bar (170) and grooves (121) formed at positions respectively corresponding to a plurality of fixing bars (130) to be penetrated by the fixing bars (130); a weight (140) formed in the cylindrical shape, having a hollow portion (141) to be penetrated by the central bar (170) and a plurality of fixing portion grooves (142) to be penetrated by the fixing bars (130) in the respectively corresponding fixing portion grooves (142), and capable of controlling weight for increasing impact energy at the time of dropping; a head (160) coupled with the warhead body; the fixing bars (130) formed in the long cylindrical shape and penetrating the respectively corresponding fixing portion grooves (142) of the weight (140) and the respectively corresponding grooves (121) of the guide bars (120); and the central bar (170) formed in the long cylindrical shape with a connection hook (171) for fixing the impactor at the upper portion thereof for freely dropping the impactor, penetrating the hollow portions of the guide bars (120) and the weight (140), and coupled with the head (160) at the lower portion thereof. In addition, a simplified bullet-proof material tester is provided, in which an impulse applied to an impact specimen to test is measured using the impactor when the warhead body collides with the impact specimen.
