Abstract:
A simplified refrigerator (100) and manufacturing method thereof. The simplified refrigerator (100) comprises a cabinet (1) having a temperature maintaining function, a door (2) covering the cabinet (1) at the front thereof and a cooling module (3). The cabinet (1) and the door (2) are both made of a plurality of plates formed by cutting, wherein the plurality of plates are fitted together by screws to form the cabinet (1), and the plate located at one side of the cabinet (1) is provided with an access hole (151) penetrating therethrough from inside to outside. The cooling module (3) is in communication with the inside of the cabinet (1) via the access hole (151). The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: providing a rigid temperature-maintaining material; forming the rigid temperature-maintaining material into a plate profile having pre-determined dimensions; cutting, according to requirements, the plate profile into a plurality of plates; anchoring the plurality of plates by screws, and sealing the plates at joining seams thereof using a sealant to form the cabinet (1) having the temperature-maintaining function; pre-setting the access hole (151) on the plate of the refrigerator cabinet (1); mounting a semiconductor cooling module (3) to the plate by using screws, wherein the semiconductor cooling module (3) is in communication with the inside of the cabinet (1) via the access hole (151). The invention facilitates a user to self-manufacture a simplified refrigerator.
