Disclosed are a simulated hollow plate and a method for manufacturing same. The simulated hollow plate consists of a composite layer and an intermediate filling layer. The composite layer comprises an outer composite mortar layer (1) and an inner composite mortar layer (2), and a steel mesh or fiber mesh layer (3) is disposed between the outer composite mortar layer and the inner composite mortar layer. Several honeycomb support ribs (4) formed by composite mortar are arranged in a vertical direction in the inner composite mortar layer (2), and an insulation material layer (5) fills the space between the honeycomb support ribs (4) to form the intermediate filling layer. The method for manufacturing the simulated hollow plate comprises such steps as composite mortar formulation, composite layer forming, insulation material injection and maintenance. The simulated hollow plate has good integrity, high pressure resistance, high bending resistance, high shear resistance, high impact resistant strength, good sound insulation, good water proof performance, and good fire proof performance, and is capable of being used as building wall plates and floor cover plates. The simulated hollow plate has the advantages of simple process, low cost, and reliable quality.
