Abstract:
This invent discloses a simulated rock surface production procedure which comprises: using a angle steel as a support to form a hollow rock figure, laying and wrapping a steel wire net on the outside of the figure, spraying or plastering cement mortar on the figure to own a blank, crushing natural rock with relating colors and high-hardness to form colored sand, mixing cement, colored sand, water and he like to form the cement with the color of colored marble chips and spraying or plastering the mortar onto the surface of the black, sing wire brush to burnish the mixed cement molar after solidifying to show the inward color of the colored sand and cleaning the surface, after drying spraying water borne pigment, after solidifying , spraying transparent natural rock lacquer, and finally burnishing by man.
