Abstract:
A simulated sunlight irradiation apparatus (100) is provided with transmittance adjusting members (13a, 13b) which are above the irradiating surface of a light guide plate (10), and in the vicinity of the incident surface of the light guide plate (10) at which incident simulated sunlight is received. The transmittance adjusting members (13a, 13b) adjust the transmittance of light of the wavelength band of a portion of the simulated sunlight emitted from the irradiating surface of the light guide plate (10) to improve the spectral coincidence of the simulated sunlight. Thus, a simulated sunlight irradiation apparatus which is capable of irradiating simulated sunlight having high spectral coincidence is provided.
