Abstract:
Disclosed are a simulation apparatus and method for parachute training. The simulation apparatus for parachute training according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a support unit having an initial state that is parallel to an installation surface; a string unit comprising a plurality of first strings each connected to the bottom surface of the support unit at one end and to the harness worn by a trainee at the other end, and a second string connected to the bottom surface of the support unit at one end and to a leg of the trainee at the other end; a pulley unit comprising first pulleys equipped on the support unit to control, by rotating, the lengths of the first strings, and a second pulley equipped on the support unit to control, by rotating, the length of the second string; and a control unit for controlling the operation of the pulley unit.
