Abstract:
Provided are a simulation device, a simulation method, and a computer program with which it is possible to perform simulation of hair styles and fashion with good response and with natural images even on a compact device such as a mobile terminal. The face of a user itself is imaged, and three-dimensional data is generated from image data of the imaged face and stored. Two-dimensional model image data indicating hair styles or cloths is stored together with three-dimensional positional information, and the stored three-dimensional data is rotated and/or enlarged or reduced in accordance with the three-dimensional positional information on one two-dimensional model image data selected from the stored two-dimensional model image data indicating hair styles or cloths. The selected one two-dimensional model image data on the hair style or cloth is combined with two-dimensional image data obtained by two-dimensionally projecting the rotated and/or enlarged or reduced three-dimensional data, thereby generating combined two-dimensional image data.
