Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to correct an energy conservation control program automatically so as to approach the target energy conservation operation when multiple energy-consuming devices are operated and controlled on the basis of an energy conservation control program. A total correction rate for correction of a control rate is derived from the actual energy usage amount after multiple energy-consuming devices are operated and controlled on the basis of an energy conservation control program using a prescribed control rate, and from the target energy usage amount for the energy conservation control program. An individual correction rate is derived from the amount by which the target is not attained for the individual energy-consuming devices of the multiple energy-consuming devices, and from the energy conservation efficiency amount when the individual energy-consuming devices are operated and controlled on the basis of the first correction rate. The corrected control rate, which is derived from the aforementioned control rate, total correction rate, and individual correction rate, is corrected in the energy conservation control program being used.
